Pros: Functionality, speakerphone, bluetooth, email, Internet, graphics, clarity. Great size for a Blackberry.

This is a very dependable and user-friendly phone.  If you have never owned a Blackberry, this one is a great starting point.  Buyers should be aware, however, that if you want to experience all that the 7130e has to offer, you should upgrade your cellular plan to include data transfer; though this is not required to use the phone.

I have the verizon version of the blackberry 7130e. I really enjoy it so far. It syncs with outlook perfectly. I've had it crash a few times but nothing too serious. I had to take the battery out to reset it. I've have found a few spotty locations for data connectivity. The phone will work but it says data connection failed. I have been able to fix the problem by turning off then back on the wireless (its under settings). The phone quality and battery life is great. I can hear everyone clearly and I have had almost no dropped calls. I hope they add more options to it in the future such as flash memory ports and mp3 and video players.
