Great phone by far my favorite phone i ever had honestly i see people say they have battery problems but honestly i take mine off the charger when i wake up around 7 and put it bak on when i goto bed around 10 and my battery is usally around 50%.  Compared to most phones expecially win mobile devices thats a good battery to me.  Before i had blackberry id have to charge my phone every 6 hours or so.  Great phone has great video quality great sound quality all around an awsome phone.  It also takes up to a 32 gig sd card once they come out.  If your thinken of buyen this phone get it you will not regret it.

I am comming off the blackberry pearl and got 1 1/2 days of usage off a charge.
Have had the Tour for 2 weeks now and so far I have not gone more than 8 hours without charging.
I do not play games.
I do not listen to music.
I make about 20 2 minute calls a day and email.
Replacement batterys cost 40.00
My wife also bought one and she is having the same problem

Other than that it is a great phone. But that is a big one!!

The # keys are not great. The lock button is not great.
The picture is fantastic.
Some software glitches.
Buttons a little small for my long fingers.
a lot of the cool apps don't work on this yet.
It took forever to set up.
