Pros: Very Durable Cons: Spokes can hurt child if used improperly.
Summary: Radio Flyer Tricycles have been purchased by my family for over thirty years. I can remember my first tricycle. When I grew out of it it was passed down to my brother. When he grew out of it, it was then passed down to my cousins.

Pros: Great retro-style, very sturdy Cons: Not for sloped riding areas. Handle bars need constant re-adjusting.
Summary: We have twin boys and got two of these as gifts. Despite our boys being big for their age, they're a little short-legged, and this tricycle could have had more in the way of adjustments for leg-length. Again, my guys are big for their age, and a ... read more

Pros: made to last, retro styling and colors, quiet, easy to assemble, lightweight Cons: will tip over when child is getting off sometimes
Summary: It took us forever to find one of these, living in a medium-sized rural town, but we finally did, and we are very glad. The plastic wheeled versions of tricycles make horrendous noises going down the street, and a bicycle is too much for a 3-year-old. ... read more

Pros: It is very classic and cute for children. Cons: Hazardous.
Summary: It is although very classic 60's look. It is great to use as a prop for a picture. It is easy to maintain but, it is best to keep in dry areas to avoid rust.
However, it is somewhat dangerous due to its heaviness; if children get into an ... read more

Pros: Adorable looking, conjures yesteryear tricycle fun. Cons: Doesn't work particularly well and dangerously tippy
Summary: I bought this at a yard sale in very good condition but I am not even comfortable with my daughter riding it in the driveway. She is 3 and half and can pedal it on very smooth flat concrete, but the slightest incline grinds it to a halt and if she

Pros: easy to ride, fun design Cons: handlebars rust easily
Summary: My daughter received this as a 2 year old birthday gift. She loved it, right up to "graduating" to a "big girls bike" on her 4th birthday. The tricycle has now been passed down to her little brother. I'm sure it will be passed down again when he's

Summary: This is a true classic. It is safe, sturdy, and well balanced. I personally like the classic look of this trike. Our daughters choose this tricycle first over the other plastic ones they have every time. We bought one in 2005 four our eldest

Pros: Durable and beautiful to look at. Cons: Tippy and more suitable for three year olds than two year olds.
Summary: My husband bought this trike for our son's second birthday and we both loved the styling as we grew up with trikes like this. Unfortunately, although the box indicated that the trike was age appropriate, our son wasn't able to effectively ride it until

Pros: Great quality, great fun! Cons: Not for uncoordinated kids.
Summary: My daughter has two of these trikes, one at home and one at her grandad's home. She loves this toy! She mastered pedalling at 20 months and she climbs on it like a billy goat. The only boo-boos have been from running over her toes when pushing

Pros: Price, Look & Feel of the tricycle Cons: Wheels hard to remove and will rub frame if not on correctly
Summary: We got my son this tricycle for Christmas. It was a must have on his Christmas list. This was actually the second tricycle I have bought like this. The first got ran over or it would have lasted a lot longer than 3 years. It came in a box in a few
