This is a great scanner. All the functions work exactly as shown in the instructions. It is very sensitive. It picks up stations that my old scanner never did. The "SIGNAL STALKER" feature is a good feature. A security guard at my company pressed the button on his walkie talkie and I activated the signal stalker. Within two seconds it locked on to the frequency. Even though the instructions are very accurate, you have to be familiar with scanners to get the most out of it. I would rate it "A"
