Mines was a birthday gift. I had my core board now for the last 7 years. Sorry to say, I never really used it. My intentions was to use it but went back to school and had a hard time balancing kids, school, and working out. Well, I am now finish school the kids are grown and gone and  I just pulled it out of the closet and ready to get started again. I do wish I had the video on DVD. I don't have anything here in my home for VHS. I wonder if I could put this video on to a DVD..hum..maybe! Looking forward to getting tight and tone abs.
