Pros: Quiet, peaceful, clean, free wireless hookup
Cons: prices go up during ski season..just like other hotels

Pros: Location, quality, condition, staff (including the boss), and a bargain at their rates.
Cons: There were too few cookies on the plate in the lobby!

We've loved it every time we've been to Whistler (both summer and winter) and look forward to our next visit.

Ideally situated, it's unbelievable to be sitting in the hot tub and watch the gondolas pass almost overhead.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean and have all the extras we could ever want and as for the beds, we had trouble getting up on time. Lots of storage for our skis and golf clubs too.

Staff were very helpful, pleasant and seemingly always there to please. During your visit you soon realize that it is harder and harder for the hotels and businesses in Whistler to fill their staffing needs, although despite the obvious staff shortages throughout the resort area, the hotel staff still managed to serve us without delay.

Special note: In all our travels I don't think we've ever met the manager of any hotel we've stayed at but on our first visit here, to our surprise, he walked right up to us and extended a warm welcome and gave us some good tips on where to eat and what to see too!

Good hotel, good people, good place to stay!

Pros: slopeside, ski in ski out, right on blackcomb mountain. terrific breakfast, very nice staff..
Cons: nothing negative about the hotel, i wish the exchange rate was as better

we stayed at the residence 2 years in a row.. the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is great, make your own waffles on the waffle irons. the slopeside access is super convenient.. on our second trip to whistler, we had mountain/poolside view,
and were treated very well by the staff, as we were repeat customers..
