I recently purchased this product, the 16 oz. can. I followed the directions on the can to the letter. It said it would cover an 11 x 11 , 121 square foot area. I had a 10 x 10 area and it took 2 cans plus the start of another.

It might work on places where no stains exist, but where there were stains I tried numerous times to clean them and to no avail.

I feel that it was a waste of time and my hard earned money. I will never buy this product again.
