Pros: Good Customer Service.
Cons: Waiting weeks for a response or return.
Summary: I had purchased a Revlon Ionic Hair Styler with 2 detachable brushes (lg & Sm ). While using the styler the brushes kept falling off due to only one clasp on the barrel. It got too frustrating and painful since I burned myself twice from the brush
