Pros: easy to operate, easy to install, easy to maintain, easy to navigate
Cons: there are no cons as of this time great product and very reasonable
Summary: this is a great system and was easily installed in out electrical warehouse, easy to navigate and very secure, if anyone tampers with it at all a alarm goes off and can not be silenced until the remote is operated. The system was very reasonable in price

Pros: Easy to set up, great customer service, reasonably priced.
Cons: The hard drive was the weakest part of the system.
Summary: I purchased a r16dvr3 system at sams club at a pretty reasonable price about a year ago. The system was very easy to install, easy to navigate. I guess my only gripe is that the 1 TB dvr hard drive started malfuctioning within 2 months of purchase.

Pros: ok product. terrible customer support it is easy to plug & install equipmnt
Cons: support is one of the worst I've experienced. they close before automated says they do.
Summary: terrible customer support. ok product one of the cameras was broken, not functioning. they do not callback as promised & the person who is suppose to deal with breaks was gone for the day, one guy?

Pros: The cameras have good resolution. The DVR is easy to manuever.
Cons: The DVR is limited in its remote access accessibility. DVR requires two power supplies.
