Ridge Racer 6 for Xbox 360

I'm one of those people who likes racing games but have trouble defeating the perfect AI drivers. As a consequence, I usually don't buy a racing game until it's fairly cheap since I know I'm never going to finish.

That said, Ridge Racer for the 360 is now at my impulse price. Even in brick and mortar stores the price is under $20, so it's affordable even if you only plan to play a few hours.

This game offers everything one expects in a racing game. No particular feature stands out as especially well done, but nothing is poorly done. To me, the best aspect was being able to go on Xbox marketplace and instantly unlock special vehicles I would probably never be able to access any other way.

This game probably won't blow you away, but it's a good deal at the current price.
