Cons: THE LID!

We love this slow cooker- unfortunately, the plastic knob on the lid broke off, rendering the unit useless- it was loose for almost as long as we owned the cooker- pretty frustrating- I've been trying in vain to find a lid on line- even corresponded with the Rival customer support on line- feels like a scam to keep you buying a new product!
