Pros: The initial anticipation of owning a robot vacuum with all its claims. Cons: The Customer Service Department at iRobot is impotent and guilty of attempted fraud.

Impressive cleaning algorithms Cons: Requires frequent cleaning of fouled brushes/sensors. Should include 4 "walls". Cords/tassels snag.
