Myself and my girlfriend flew from JFK to Dubai with RJ via Amman.The terminal at JFK is horrible, terminal 3 and you have to line up outside before you get to the airlines counters, this is for all airlines too.Flights were great, excellent leg room in economy, plenty of food and great coffee.Amman airport is nasty though.Smoking, smelly, boring airport.Our flight to Dubai was delayed so were put in a hotel for 2 hrs.The hotel was horrible, but better than the airport where confusion reigned.Flight to Dubai was excellent, service excellent,Jordanian people very hospitable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service and comfort of this flight, which originated in Amman, Jordan, and terminated in Vienna, Austria. I was initially apprehensive because while I booked Austrian Airlines, the flight was operated by RJ. The plane was a newer Airbus, with relatively comfortable coach seats. The only drawback was that each seat had a video system unit underneath, with definitely impacted foot placement of each passenger. A truly stupid design in an otherwise nice layout. The flight attendants were cute and helpful, very old school.
