After reading all of these horrible reviews I was discouraged because we were unable to find the replacement filters. We have had the vac for two years with no problems at all. I Googles the filter and found it on Amazon.com. The item number is TTI-3023109. For a whole new piece is $2.38. I went ahead and bought two...the shipping was more than the two pieces! I am extremely satisfied with my filter reqults and still LOVE the vacuum. We have five children and use it daily, but yet, only have to charge it every few days. Would be lost without it.
