Compaq Presario 5166 (101819-034) PC Desktop

Pros: Low price, sound, up-to-date graphics, design.
Cons: Just won't stop working so I can buy a new one.

I've bought a Presario 5166 in 1999 and it's still a good computer these days. It can run almost everything and since I've upgraded it's memory to 160MB it's like a dream. This product has an excellent quality which allow me to keep using it after all these years. It has an unique combination of an AMD processor with an 8MB video memory plus 2X AGP that offers a good graphics experience. The sound is amazing, because of the use of an Yamaha sound chip with JBL pro columns and Aureal3D 360º sound! I resent buying a new computer because I know that I'll never have the same sound quality without buying expensive sound cards and 4 to 5 speaker columns.
If I had bought any other computer by this time it would be completely out of date, as the Presario still offers a good media and internet experience.
It's still running!
