    Pros: Well built, low cost lamp, available software and manuals
    Cons: Sometimes a bit difficult to insert slides.(Spring clips are Strong!)

    Pros: Very affordable on used market, works great.
    Cons: You won't be making great poster size blow ups from these images.

    Summary: This scanner represents one of the best deals on the used market today. For around $60 (about 5% of its original retail price) you can snag one on ebay. For that you can expect to get a clean unit, a film strip holder, an extra bulb & a SCSI cable. ... read more
