I purchased the Philips Seismic Edge from Best Buy when I saw that it was a 4 channel sound card costing only $40 dollars. Traditionally, I have only purchased Creative sound boards, but I thought I would go out on a limb and give this company a try....

I bought this card based on good reports I'd heard about it's big brother, the Acoustic Edge. What I didn't realize what that this card features a different DSP (Digital Signal Processor), which obviously makes quite a difference.
