The Good, the Bad, and the more Bad.

Pros: Very large - nice display size. It was affordable with my computer package.
Cons: Occasionally places the viewable portions elsewhere on the screen.

I bought this computer from Staples, and it came all pre-configured. I am not sure the following errors would be the Samtron software, or Hewlett Packards fault.

Pros: Good quality for the price
Cons: Very curved display
If you need a 17" display, at a decent price, you could do a lot worse than this monitor manufactured by Samsung under the Samtron brand.

Not bad for the money...

Pros: Good picture, easy-to-use menu, relatively inexpensive
Cons: None so far...
I don't know exactly how much I paid for it because it was part of a package. The picture is sharp, great for watching DVDs on. Menu easy to use. No problems with compatibility with any computer have used it with. Pretty much plug-and-play.
