I actually own the iHome and haven't experienced any problems with it yet. This little stereo creates great sound and also has a cool slick look to it. The iHome includes a dock that can be placed where the iPod is plugged in that allows you to use all different sizes of iPods. I would recommend that if you are going to buy a stereo that plays iPods that you get the SDI iHome because it is the best.

Pros: Small, clear sound, better than anything smaller than it. Nice volume dial. Semi loud.

I don't own one, but did a comprehensive search/listening in all possible stores. Sound is semi-OK. No base which is a big drawback. However, the sound is quite clear which makes all sales people point at it. At higher volume level is tends to distort. At this price range it's 3-rd from the top.
