Pros: Wonderful grip, easy to handle, versatile Cons: Blade dulls quickly, must continually sharpen
I have always been a diehard Henkel Knives fan, but when I found the Sabatier Knife Set at an outlet mall for only $12, I just had to try them out. To my pleasant surprise, these knives were exactly what I was looking for. The handles were smooth, but still easy to grip, and the blades made everything from cutting steaks to opening packages of chicken breasts a synch. The only downfall I found with these knives is that they dull easily. After about two weeks I had to run the knives through a home sharpener because of continued use.
