Pros: inexpensive, goes on easily
Cons: not a miracle worker
i have insanely tough and ugly cuticles. yeah, not pretty, but it's the cross i bear. the good thing is that they can be controlled if i am dilligent about pushing my cuticles back daily with moisuriser, and giving myself a weekly cuticle treatment. ...
