I love this unit. It is Small and light weight, with a great big screen. The picture quality is very good, even from a side view. This units sound is not the greatest, however if you use headphones the sound is very good. Two head phone jacks help when the kids are in the back seat watching a movie.

I have the player for a month now. It's picture resolution is good, comparable to my LCD computor monitor.It's brightness, however, is very poor compare to my monitor and many other portable DVD players. The brightness control doesn't help much. No color adjustment. A DVD movie or VCD with regular(4:3) screen it will be stretch to fill the screen(make people look fat)if display with the built-in monitor. It play all my DVD,VCD,CD and MP3 CD with no problem so far. Sound from its speakers is clear with no bass. Conect to decent headphones sounds great and full. Video in only posible w/composite not S video. Lots of features like my home DVD player if connect to TV. Many of my friends love it because it looks cool. I love the case that come with it.
