I have had for almost two years, my daughter was shaking water off a pizza cutter and the blade came loose and struck the refrigerator door. There is a dent and finish was removed. This is about 3/4 of an inch. I love the fridge but now have to look at this and is very discouraging. It cost $280 to fix and this is without sales tax and freight! You may say this is not your standard dent because most often pizza cutters dont come loose. She was about 4 feet away and was not shaking very hard at all-just to shake water remaining from being in the dishwasher. Things like this do happen in a kitchen especially if you have children. I am an accountant, so will stick with the sight-sore, but wont spend this much for a blemish. Seems the company should make panel repleacements. I have two other dents that are also noticeable on front door, not as large but very visible.

First one they delivered they could not fix the icemaker so they sent me a new one- then the fan motor went out as well as the mother board- techinician came out 3 times and it is still not fixed- called samsung executive srvice on a saturday and they will be in on monday- sales service is also poor- will not buy any samsung product after all this and either will any of my friends or anyone I talk to

I like the contemporary design and the digital settings, yet I don't like how it works. We live in CA and we have rolling power outages so once the power comes on the refrigerator will automatically try to over compensate the coolness and freezes everything in our fridge i.e., eggs, milk. Now since this has happened a few times, the digital display does not read the correct temp. It reads 79 degrees. We still have a manufacture warentee yet the customer service from Samsung is horriable. We have reported this issue with Samsung 3 times and they still have not sent out a technician nor logged our calls.

I bought this fridge at Lowe's after extensive research. I wanted a bottom mount freezer all along but didn't want to spend $1400 plus. I was so pleased once I found this fridge. It offers style, great design (compared to all other brands: curved interior corners for easy cleaning, enclosed drawer mechanisms, well placed shelves, etc...), dual compressors, silent operation ( I never hear it!), door alarm, super cool/freeze function, digital temp. control, and sound construction. Even though the shelves are not adjustable, I have found they are in the best location already. I fit far more food in this fridge than my old 24 cu. ft side-by-side. I would recommend this fridge to anyone that wants style, design and value.
