    Cons: Call Clarity

    Slight Firware Irregularities

Summary: I am very hard on my stuff so when I buy my things I try to find military-grade items that I can use to supplement the longevity of my things. With my last phone I wound up using the insurance all 4 times to get replacement phones. I have been through ... read more

Pros: Dropped it on gravel not even a signle mark!

    Cons:  T9 texting

Not a status symbol like iphone or Berry

    No belt clip included

Summary: I sold my iphone because the whole touch screen was'nt really up my alley. I opted to go for a traditional flip phone and I chose the Samsung Rugby, mainly because it looks tough and not "girly" like all of the other at&t flip phones. I couldnt be ... read more

Summary: If you like Nextel, the Rugby is a step up in quality. ATT offers nice phone and push to talk plans that compete with Nextel. The Rugby is a little bigger than a Nextel, but has nicer features. The push to talk function is clear and speaker function is ... read more

Pros: Easy to Use.  Good Battery Life
Cons: Need to remove battery to access microSD card.  No USB interface.

Summary: This is a basic phone for phone calls, but not designed for texting or e-mails. Here are the three main reasons I can not recommend this phone after using it for 6 months. ONE: The phone is Mil-Spec but the exterior display did not ... read more

Pros: It can really take a beating.
Cons: Does not wake up from power-save mode by hitting a side button.

Summary: The Samsung Rugby has a damage-resistant exterior, a large outer speaker and features Push to Talk and Video Share calling. Also, it has a camera and is GPS and Bluetooth capable. The best feature about this phone is that it can really take ... read more
