The SyncMaster 170MP is a great monitor that accepts signals from up to 4 different sources including cable TV. The monitor includes speakers that provide adequate sound for applications. The TV tuner is neat but works best in PIP mode. The full screen TV picture quality is fuzzy because of the non native resolution that the TV signal runs at. We were going to use this as a TV and monitor but now it is a Monitor that is sometimes used to watch the news while working.
