Pros: Good sound for cheap money if you own a Cruzer Micro flash drive. Cons: No documentation, poor interface and short battery life.
Summary: Or should I say "cheap", because that's how this player comes off. It is a classic example of a good idea with a bad implementation. I bought it because I needed a flash memory drive, and I thought the MP3 player part would be pretty nice. The flash ... read more

Pros: Price is right, size is minimal. Cons: Case hardware is cheap, software is flawed, didn't last long.
Summary: This mp3 player consists of the player plus a jump drive which can be used for transporting data. I used the mp3 player for about 4 of months during 2005 summer, mainly plugged into an input jack in my car. I was satisfied with the battery life (1-AAA) ... read more

Pros: - cheap
- great sound with quality earphones
- unlimited amount of memory
- rugged Cons: - NO DOCUMENTATION
- songs navigation torride
- strange power on/off scheme
- battery door
Summary: First this player is a great idea, an MP3 player with "infinite" memory at an unbeatable price. Just swap stick for another ton of songs. With 512MB stick going down in price, you can make yourself an easy to use, large song selection, player. The ... read more

Pros: Reverse screen option.
Shuffle through multiple folders. Cons: Clip dont hold.
Cheap hearphones.
Not user friendly.
Hard to navigate.
Doesn't load fast.
Summary: The Cruzer Micro MP3 player offers only one nice feature; -the fact that you can give a second life to your previously bought memory key. Outside that, there is no other advantage to buy this player. First, there is no users guide that tells you how ... read more

Pros: Great sound, great price ($75 CAD player, $65 512mb), great upgradability, and very user friendly. Cons: Freezes occasionally, no FM, no voice recorder, only uses SanDisk's Micro Cruzers (due to size)
Summary: I have only had the player now for a few weeks and have been impressed with it for the most part. However, the player has frozen on me a couple of times in the middle of playing mp3s. The only way to unfreeze it is to remove the battery from the unit. ... read more

Pros: Low cost, easy menu, good display for the size. Cons: Freezes constantly, shuffling music can be a hassle, AAA battery drains quickly.
Summary: And by cheap, I don't only mean cost. -It freezes in the middle of a song constantly. -When you turn it on, it starts at the beginning of the list every time if you have it randomize your songs. The only way around this is to use one of the three

Pros: Able to take MP3 and WMA formats whereas most MP3 players can only take MP3. Cons: Screen broke easily, batteries don't last long
Summary: Design is getting slightly dated now that more and more MP3 players are very small and stronger. But overall the MP3 companion is very useful if you need to carry word docs, pics etc. but want to listen to music without buying to different

Pros: Great concept. Cons: Doesn't work.
Summary: This device is hopeless. It works for a maximum of 20 minutes, then it repeatedly claims my flashdisk (1G Cruzer Micro) has FAT errors (scandisk says no problems). This is with updated software and a fresh battery. After reading other reviews, I see that

Pros: Very small and clever design Cons: Poor quality
Summary: From day one this thing was very unreliable.I often have to remove and reinsert the battery to be able to start. It sometimes shuts down when you skip to the next file Cheaply built, flimsy light plastic. Now after a few month of very light use the

Pros: Tech support tries to be helpful, and you talk to a real person. Cons: Doesn't work with the new 512 Mb Cruzer Micro Drives
Summary: Warning: I recently purchased a 512Mb Cruzer micro and a Cruzer Micro Companion MP3 player only to find out that they are currently incompatible. At power on, the light on the Micro flashes several times, then goes dark and the Companion's screen
