Santa Fe Quesadilla Maker

Pros: Easy method.
Cons: Cannot make tasty thick quesadilla's without spilling out and sides do not seal.
Just received this for my birthday and got busy that same night making my quesadilla's.. I read the booklet that came with this cover to cover since I'd never had one of these before nor have I ever made any. Well, I didn't think I over-filled the 10" shells but I gues I did since the sides did not seal shut and the cheese and fillings oozed out. I then tried again the next day by not filling it so much but the sides still did not seal. Next attempt will be to use the smaller shells and see if this does better.

It's just another kitchen gadget at this point and I am truly not perfectly satisfied with the end result.
