Sanyo EM-G2585W 800 Watts Microwave Oven

Pros: It takes a long time to cook food, but it cooks food evenly.
Cons: White plastic on door can turn yellow in a very short time. 

I bought this microwave 16 mos ago. The plastic white part of the door turned very yellow within 14 months. It only happened to the white plastic on the door, not the metal part of the microwave, so it looks terrible. I always used only a damp sponge to clean it. Never used any cleaning products on it. When I reported this to John from Sanyo customer service, he said that it was not uncommon for this to occur and that there were many reasons (like sunlight) that this could happen. He would not do anything to compensate for this, since the warranty was over. Didn't care that I would give this product a bad review. It's obvious to me that customer satisfaction is not a priority of Sanyo, as this is a relatively new microwave.
