Pros: Versatility, adjustable temperature, easy to clean, and a safety power plug
Cons: A bit difficult to find, must be purchased online.
This product is very flexible and the one product I'd want on a desert island! The cooking pot is large enough for stir-frying without losing food "overboard" and the lid fits snug to really intensify the food being cooked. It can also be used as a griddle surface for eggs, pancakes or crepes. Add the steam tray and steam a pile of your favorite vegetables quickly. Swap the cooking pot for the grill plate and suddenly you can cook steaks or chicken just like you would on your outdoor barbecue, surface is large enough for two or three steaks or maybe five burgers. It's completely non-stick and easy to clean and a smart power cord has a magnetic quick release for safety.
