Pros: Tiny, clear sound, inexpensive Cons: None
Sanyo is a very good company and they make very good phones. At least this one is good. The Sanyo SCP-4000 is amazing. No static like so many other phones! It's like you're talking to your friend right next to you. It's also very easy to carry around...

Pros: At times this phone works well, it has very good battery life. Cons: Drops calls, is hard to get service even close to towers.
This phone frequently cuts off calls while traveling. Even in good coverage areas mine takes forever(5 minutes) to enter service. Forget traveling, this phone cuts off so much that you can waste all your minutes just reconnecting. In metropolitan areas...

Pros: practical Cons: none
I needed a mobile phone because of my hectic, busy life. I looked around and finally came to the conclusion that this was the phone for me, as it probably is for many of you out there. I'm at my house only a few hours a day and with this phone I can...

Pros: Good, Compact Phone Cons: Horrible Echo
Talk about an achilles heel. As I'm sure you
have read in all the other reviews, this is
really a great phone on paper -- features, size, battery
life are all great. The problem? This phone
has a horrid echo problem. Both the...

Pros: Lightweight yet powerful Cons: None yet
After finishing a contract on an old Motorola flip, I came onto the cellular market. After choosing Clearnet here in Canada, I had a choice of a few phones.
After having a big clunky phone, I wanted to go completely the other way, and the SEP-4000...

Pros: small, ergonomic Cons: I ran it over with my truck, but that isn't the phone's fault
The best praise i can give this phone is that I ran it over with my truck, and aside from the ringer being slightly quieter, and some ugly pavement marks, it still works perfectly.
Reception is decent, although my area is not the best for receiving...

Pros: Many features for the money Cons: Weight with "long range" battery
This phone is full of great features like web browsing, various caller id options, extensive ringing options, and the etc. -- a ton of phone for the money. My only problem is when using the "long range" battery it can get too heavy to carry in...

Pros: Size, signal strength, and price Cons: non apparent
The Sanyo 4000 is a huge success! This phone is one of the most reliable and durable phones that Sprint PCS has ever carried. Excellent signal strength and a long battery life makes this a fantastic choice. It has a vibrating ringer, earbud jack, and...

Pros: Excellent reception, small, long battery life Cons: None
I never thought I would own a cell phone, but this one is ideal. I love it because it is small, and sometimes I forget I have it.
The long battery life is an especially appealing feature. I took it to Maui for a week without its charger, and as...

uncovered touchpad
I have had this phone for about a year.. before it got replace by my current, Samsung 8500.. The only reason for the change was the uncovered touchpad. I prefer phones with a flip cover or slide cover. However other than that, this sanyo phone is very...

Pros: Lots of features Cons: Inexpensive older brother.
This phone is like " a pinto with the engine of a Ferrari ". It's infrastructure is very poor. It has a microbrowser, and they're not kidding when they say. The only selling point on this phone is the fact that it is web capable and it's screen...
