Pros: Great value of exceptional quality.  We would reccomend it.
Cons: We have absolutly nothing negative to say about the Sealy Ortho Rest Mattress.

We took into consideration every aspect of this mattress. The price was nice, but the quality was exceptional. If you knew my husband, there was alot of concern upon buying a baby mattress, especially with the SIDS scare. We were worried because it didn't cost alot, how good could it be? Well, ours only got used a little over 2 years,(she now sleeps w/us, uh oh) we had absolutly no problems with it at all!
