Pros: Flexibility, easy to move, light enough to make sheet changes a breeze! Cons: It's a little pricey.
Summary: I admit it, I'm fickle; I used to sleep around. I'd sleep in my kid's bed, on the couches, and even in a chair. But, no more. We have the Select Comfort bed, and now I can change the firmness at the press of a button. If only it would stop my husband ...

Pros: It's 4 am - there are no pros! Cons: Dip in the middle of the bed, loses air, no lumbar support.
Summary: I now join the ranks as one of the customers that this company duped. I looked up reviews on both a tempur pedic and sleep number. Logic told me that being able to adjust a bed was the best way to go. When I went to the Mayfaire store I was told that I ...

Pros: The controls on the bed worked for 3 years Cons: A bed guaranteed for 20 years is only really guaranteed for two.
Summary: I am adding my voice to those complaining both about the deceptive and capricious nature of Customer Service for this company, and the quality of the product. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BED UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO THROW AWAY THOUSANDS OF ...

Pros: None Cons: Not worth the money, it's nothing more than a gloried air mattress with cheap foam.
Summary: My husband and I bought a Select Comfort mattress back in April 2006 and had nothing but problems with it from day one. We called and complained about the sink hole in the middle of the mattress and how the foam sides were buckling before our 30 day ...

Pros: Two firmness settings for one bed. Cons: Product does not last. Dip in mattress. Poor quality motor. Bad service. Very expensive.
Summary: We bought this bed two years ago because my husband and I like different firmness' in our mattresses. For the first year, the mattresses worked well. Then we noticed that on my husband's side, there was a dip in the middle (He is 6 feet tall and weighs ...

Pros: Easy to move around since it does not weigh much. Cons: Not worth the money spent.
Summary: I too made this expensive mistake. We had just moved into our first house and were looking into getting a new bed since we were moving from a Fifth wheel trailer. We bought this bed because of my husbands bad back. I should have known that the ...

Pros: Comfortable, adjustable and vibrates (when it is working properly). Cons: Service nightmare, read the FINE PRINT, not worth the money, made on the cheap....
Summary: I purchased my king size Select Comfort bed at the Select Comfort store in 'The Falls' Shopping Mall in Miami. The bed cost me almost $4,000.00 in December of 2002. I was told by the sales representative (Rosa) that the bed was just wonderful and came ...

Pros: None Cons: High priced air mattress. Not a good bed for seniors or persons with arthritis.
Summary: My husband and I purchased a Select Comfort Sleep Number bed system last year (July 2006) because we both had back problems and I was getting up every morning with a backache. After seeing commercials on TV and ads in magazines, we visited a Select ...

Pros: Firmness is adjustable Cons: TOO HOT; does NOT breathe; first bed's bladders covered with mold; flimsy "boxspring"
Summary: This bed is a fantastic concept...but it fails on a number of levels, the primary one being that it DOES NOT BREATHE. You are sleeping on what are essentially huge rubber air bladders, so if you run even the slightest bit warm, you'll roast in the ...

Pros: lightweight, easy to move the furniture, no heavy components Cons: 50/50 chance of getting a lemon - poor customer support - sags and sqeaks
Summary: We have 2 Select Comfort beds. The first one I bought was a double size bed. It was okay, though spongy on the sides. The platform on that one works well. A few years later, we got a bigger, queen size bet. The queen platform has never fit together ...

Pros: none Cons: cheaply made, foundation prone to breaking and sagging, poor fit, assembly can be difficult
Summary: This is easily the worst product I have ever purchased. I highly recommend a conventional bed if you are thinking about buying a bed. I've had nothing but problems with this product and I don't expect my luck to change. The first problem was ...

Pros: Best mattress available at any price. Great for back pain relief. Cons: Base module is too expensive and unnecessary for most.
Summary: We purchased a king size (series 5000) sleep number mattress with the $200 pillow top option for $1699. We opted to keep our base box spring. No regrets on both counts. The base was an extra $600. Here's a tip... Buy two sheets of 1/2" plywood and cut ...

Pros: Easy to Assemble, Strong, Durable, Provides Great Support, Looks Great with Coverlet Cons: None
Summary: When doing my research on the internet I noticed that most air bed manufacturers do not suggest using box springs as a foundation as they do not provide the correct support needed for an air bed. Since I finally decided on buying a Select Comfort 5000 Se ...

Pros: easy to assemble, despite claims here otherwise.continuous comfort for years Cons: a bit pricey, but considering how long life it is, it really isnt that bad.
Summary: i have had my current sleep number bed for over 6 years and love it. I believe that most of the complaints here are because either the bed owners are not assembling the bed properly, or they are not adjusting the firmness correctly.

Pros: None Cons: VERY expensive terrible quality.
Summary: We purchased a queen sized sleep number bed about 6 months ago and it is already seriously sagging in the middle. Huge cost for very poor returns. I do NOT recommend this bed to
