Functionality over usability

by Marechal_Ney , Oct 31 '01
Pros: a wealth of special features, good reception, quite small and handy, vibrator function.
Cons: external antenna, lack of customization options characteristic of Nokia handsets.
After a year’s Vodafone contract, equipped with a trusty Nokia 3210, I upgraded to a Siemens C35i. The main feature that initially attracted me to the phone was, of course, WAP Internet capabilities.

Several months into my ownership, I must...

Small, but... is it enough?

by maciek , Oct 27 '00
Pros: Small, nice, light
Cons: Menu, display
When looking for a cell phone every one of us wants different qualities and specifications. Some of us look for a hybrid of a palmtop and a cell phone, some of us look for design, others for the most durable phone ever or for a (very) long lasting...

There are better ones - for SURE

by Dagsy , Oct 12 '00
Pros: light weight - small - internet
Cons: annoying address book and menu options
I am personally a fan of Siemens mobile phones. In my household we have 2 - the C35i and the C25. The C35i may have more menu options, but the menu is so complicated and annoying. The address book annoyed me to no end - in your address book there are 3...

Packs a punch, without a dent in your wallet.

by OM-4 , Nov 20 '00
Pros: possibilities, quality, price
Cons: volume control, battery indicator
Siemens, a well known brand for cordless Dect phones, introduced a series of new cellphones starting with the affordable c35/i through the m35 to the top of the line s35. I got mine for 50 with a new subscription I think they retail for about 200 to 225....

The cute phone

by emma2804 , Mar 20 '02
Pros: This phone is so cute, and it fits into your pocket easily
Cons: Doesn't have all the changeable features of a nokia
This phone was my first after I lost my trusty Nokia 3210 into the evil hands of my older sister, I was amazed at how this phone was so small, pretty and had all the major functions I need from my mobile. I knew pretty fast that this was a mobile I could...

One of the best buys available

by jthorese , Dec 11 '00
Pros: Lighweight, stylish and it works!
Cons: No IR-port
I came over this phone by accident. I had got it trough my work. I normally use Nokia 7110, which you as you all know never works. Even though Nokia is market leader and has monopoly on content like logos and sounds via SMS, you sould watch out for...

by ikku , Jan 07 '02
Pros: Clear display, vibrating function, good size, streamlined shape
Cons: Deteriorating endurance of battery, Oversized call button, Inability to send ringtones and logo's to
I've had this phone for over a year now. In itself it is a great phone. Very user friendly. Has lots of extra's on it. Nice clear display and easy to navigate menu's.
However I did notice that the battery gets worse when time passes. I have always...

A very good choice

by gantalf75 , Jan 05 '02
Pros: Small, durable, materials of good quality, many functions
Cons: Difficulties in typing messages in languages with no Roman fonts
I have Siemens C35i since January 2001 and I am very satisfied with this product.
Personally, I give emphasis at durability, good clarity and reception, and finally, portability. Under these, I can say that Siemens C35i is a good mix of these...

c35 stylish,light,but not quite perfect

by gar_fitz , Oct 15 '00
Pros: weight, size
Cons: menus
After previously owning a siemens c25, i decided to trade up to a web enabled handset. The c35 is a very light (4.1 oz) stylish phone. But where it lets itself down is the menu system. Entering phone numbers is a complicated process with 3 different...
