This mattress that we spent over $2,000 on this piece of crap!  It was delivered on Tuesday, by Saturday it was sagging.  Mattress World wants to send out a technician to determine if the bed is faulty, I want to get a lawyer.  They will not give us our money back, we must reselect another mattress.  A couple thousand dollars in the toilet.  We will not be getting another Simmons.

I have owned this mattress for two years and we have two body impressions where we sleep and we are not big people.  I have rotated our mattress  (We have a king size) to help with this problem.  It didn't help.  Call the company Art Van (Michigan) and they sent out a person to measure if it had a depression of 1-1/2 inches. It was almost that deep, off by 1/4 inch.  So sorry we can't help you.  Don't buy a King Koil or Simmons from Art Van in Michigan.

I bought mattress from Value City in Columbus Ohio and less than a year it had deep indentions on both sides and called them to come out and check it. They did and replaced mattress and they said the warranty on the new mattress started from the date the first mattress was bought.The new mattress in less than a year was the same way and I called them again and they said it was out warranty. I told them the mattress wasn't a year old and they said they wouldn't do anything about it. I will never buy a Simmons mattress or anything from Value City in Columbus Ohio. Don't buy a Simmons mattress.They don't honor the warranty.

I recently purchased a Queen Size Simmons Beautyrest Pillowtop mattress "Ovation Firm" model.

The first night I awoke at 2AM gagging and with a pounding headache from the horrible chemical smell. Fortunately I have a guest bedroom and sealed off the room, opened the windows to try airing it out. 5 days later it was just as bad and had the mattress replaced by the dealer. Unfortunately the replacement was manufactured on the same day with serial number 2 different the the first one. 15 days later is was still stinking up the bedroom where I'd been unable to even stay in the room 2 minutes.

I finally had it replaced with a Serta mattress, although it took 3 days for the stench to leave the room caused by Simmons.

We purchased the St Gregory olympic queen extra firm model cost around $1900. This was supposed to be top of the line mattress. What a JOKE! My husband and I are very thin people and we are both lying in a hole. The place we purchased our mattress from came out to "measure" they barely even touched the ruler to the fabric and said they only got 1 inch. They also informed us that because the mattress had a stain that our warranty was Void. We are going to dump this piece of junk in the trash. We will never buy a Simmons bed AGAIN. By the way I measured the same way the tech did and got an 1 5/8. Buyer's BEWARE!!!! Do not buy simmons beauty rest products

Cons: Offgasses toxins for years! In addition, it is hot and uncomfortable.

This mattress is mostly polyurethane foam which produces toxic formaldehyde gas!!! Formaldehyde is a cancer-causing neurotoxin. I wish I had realized that before spending $2000 on a luxury set. After three weeks, I am going to have to toss it, due to health problems which began when I started sleeping on the mattress. These include flu-like symptoms, severe migraine headache, painful neck, tremor, enlarged lymph nodes, itchy eyes, rash, insomnia and asthma. Neither Sleepys nor Simmons would admit the mattress is toxic, blaming it on my sensitivity. The Simmons representative was completely unresponsive, claiming the mattress meets government standards (which are non-existent with regard to formaldehyde emissions). Sleepys offered to replace the mattress, but I don't want another toxic mattress.
