Cons: Much firmer than showroom model, couldn't sleep well.

I bought this mattress after years of difficult sleep on another mattress. I was trying to look for a "springy" mattress. This one was the only one with any give to it in the showroom. When we got it, it felt much firmer than I expected. We gave it the 90 day trial, but it was still so firm and uncomfortable that we had to send it back for a replacement.

Might be fine for less sensitive sleepers, but not what I was looking for.

I have a Simmons Beauty rest, paid $2400 and was somewhat confident in my purchase after doing some research and finding a mattress I was comfortable with. First off let me say it is the WORST mattress I have ever had. The middle of the bed is literally 2 inches lower then the rest of the bed. Simmons is trying to blame it on the frame set up. Its like a bowl and the problem persists even after apparently having the issue repaired. And, the customer service is as bad if not worse. Don't buy Simmons you will regret it.
