Pros: children love it Cons: can be dangerous
Summary: I have a love/hate relationship with the Sit and Spin toy. This is something I remember playing with when I was a child. I dont remember having any issues or problems with it at that time. However, as a teacher and a mother, I feel that it is not ...

Pros: If it works on your flooring it would be fun. Cons: Doesn't spin well in my experience.
Summary: When I was a child I remember spinning on my Sit n Spin until I wanted to throw up! I was so excited to get one for my son, so last year for Christmas we found a deal on a cheap spinning toy (obviously similar to the Sit n Spin)and it was in the trash ...

Pros: hours of fun, easy to assemble, childhood memory, no batteries Cons: takes up space, after three years in a box no one asked for it
Summary: Come on, sing along - if you were alive in the 70s you know the jingle and the commercial - "Some kids go (flash to a picture of a kid spinning) when they Sit and Spin They would just keep repeating the jingle and showing pictures of kids spinning -...

Pros: Durable. Hours of Fun. Cons: Can be dangerous if stood on.
Summary: I remember this toy when I was little. It was a round hard plastic device that when you sat on it, and turned the wheel in the center of it you went round and round. Always reminded me of a ride at the fair.
Well it hasn't changed at all.....

Pros: Kids LOVE it Cons: Won't work on carpet
Summary: I wouldn't apply the title "classic" to just any toy. A classic must be a toy that has stood the test of time. It doesn't rely upon hype or advertising or batteries. Usually a classic is a simple toy. A classic sells because it's a quality toy that...

Pros: Very Durable! Cons: Over use may cause nausea!
Summary: My husband and I purchased our sit-n-spin for our oldest child about nine years ago. Since then we have had three more children and it seems like the sound of that toy going around in circles is natural background noise in our home.
We have a...

Pros: Has been around forever Cons: Have to limit time use for some children
Summary: I remember years ago having a Sit 'N Spin at my house. And it had gotten many hours of use. But who would have thought that they would still be making them today?

Pros: Fun if you don't get hurt. Cons: May cause severe danger.
Summary: In 1988 the top popped off my son's Sit N Spin and he fell backwards. The fall was so hard it caused him to go unconscious. I saw the fall from my kitchen window and my husband and I ran outside to his aid. Within a few moments he regained...

Pros: SPINS AND SPINS! What else could a kid want? Pretty durable. Cons: Doesn't work on carpet.
Summary: When I was a child, several of my neighborhood friends had Sit 'n Spins and I desperately wanted one. Of course, at about 10 years old, with gangly logs about a mile long, I was already too big for thing, so my parents never saw a pressing need...
