Pros: comfortable, sound good, portable
Cons: can't use on ears and around neck

Bought them for 40, and man they are worth it. better sounding than bose triports my friend lets me borrow sometimes, and look way cooler too. very portable, they fold up nicely to fit in most hoodie/jacket pockets. if you lay them around your neck, the actual speakers turn 90 degrees to point at your ears, which is very very useful when skating with friends. only drawback is if you like to have headphones on your ears and around your neck at the same time, these dont work too well for that. it doesnt bother me, so i didnt take off for it overall, great headphones. oh, and theyre very comfortable too. =]
