I'm the last person to ever think I'd be drinking Slim Fast shakes to loose weight. It seemed an impossible diet. But I tell you, if you stick to the plan for a few weeks you'll loose weight without being hungry. Drink 2 of these shakes a day and you loose weight. Vanilla is my favorite, but they all taste really good. They're especially good after a workout and replenish more electrolytes than Gatoraide. Try them out for a bit, you won't be disappointed.

It is getting closer to beach season and I was hoping to lose a little winter weight so I decided to try slim fast. So far I have lost about 3 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm pretty happy because I only want to lose 8 pounds by summer. When I tried the cappuccino flavor I fell in love! It tastes just like a Starbucks Frappuccino in a bottle. I am addicted! The milk chocolate is also delicious.

I tried the Cappuccino Delight flavor about a month ago it tasted really good but it also made my urine smell like coffee....so I stop drinking it because that just seemed really weird...its like there is something in it that my body wasn't breaking down. I recently purchased my first slim-fast shake in Cappuccino Delight. It was OK for a diet shake, but it does not taste like a frappuccino like others have said. You definitely should freeze this to make it taste better. I freeze mine when I wake up and get ready then drink it on the way to work.
update: it makes my urine and my friend's, that tried it as well, smell like cappuccino which you think would be ok..but it's just weird.I like the chocolate royale better.
