The Smart bungee is a great idea. I bought the 22 piece kit for around $10 at my local Home Depot. I didn't think they would be such a quality product, but they are. All the connectors and cords fit inside the provided bag. With most bungee cords, you can't fit the ends through tie downs. With the smart bungee, you can run the cord through the tie down and reattach the end. All the provided connectors are really functional.
