I had tried all of the usual methods for quitting. The patches and the gums, hypnosis, cold turkey, everything. So naturally I was skeptical. What surprised was how quickly the cravings went away. I took it for seven days and then began to smoke again. I believe that one has to be truly ready to quit and that this product is designed for this person. Its promises and testimonials will help the smoker who is 100 percent ready to quit. It serves as a reinforcement and has the user believing that all of the herbs in the product are flushing the system of nicotine. The truth is, nicotine will leave the body on its own within 48 to 72 hours if one has not smoked. One does not need vitamins that can be bought in any drugstore to quit...just motivation and the desire to live a healthy, long life.

Decided to give this a shot. It was my third attempt at kicking the habit. The first 3 days I kept waiting for the craving to subside thinking the pills just needed more time. Well by the 7th day I was smoking. This was just a complete waste. However 3 months later it finally happened. I meet my sister in laws mother who was diagnosed with lung cancer, she was a 13+year smoker. There was my motivation. I quit cold turkey; I've been smoke free for 7 months now.

It's all about the decision to quit a pill isn’t going to help.

I quit the very same day that I started the program and haven't looked back since! I am only on my 3rd day of using smoke away. It is so hard but I am doing it not smoke away. I will do it. I am still taking smoke away and have to listen to the cd often that may help me. I want to do it and I can do this and I will. I smoked for 23 years and my mom died just about 1 year ago of lung cancer.
