Pros: Well built, smooth, solid machine. 20 inch stride, adjustable foot rests. Cons: Apparent bug in the console. Unable to setup User1 and User2 programs! UPDATE: Problem resolved.
I won't pretend to be a fitness expert. After doing some research on the internet on elliptical trainers and tread mills, I decided that an elliptical was best for me because of the low impact, and arm workout. The E95 came in a well packaged box ...
Pros: Weight, weigh capacity, durability, resistance levels, telemetry belt Cons: Can be noisy, wish I could customize and save all programs
I researched ellipticals online for 24 intensive hours over the course of three days. If you find yourself on such a search, I will do my best to accommodate you. I have not ridden any other ellipticals than this one, though my wife has. She finds ...
Pros: High Quality, Good Customer Service, Quiet, Stable, Smooth, Challenging Workout Cons: Mediocre Delivery Company (Airgroup)
I just received the E55 a few days ago. Let me tell you, this machine feels even better than the LifeFitness ellipticals, although the workout is definitely more difficult because of the 20" stride length. I'm pretty short - 5'7" so maybe that has ...
Pros: Very solidly built piece of equipment.
Cons: Takes up a good amount of space.
I purchased the Sole E95 on September 27 of 2006. Delivery was right on target. (14 days) I purchased it directly from Sole for $1699. It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble. Not too bad considering I'm not experienced at building things. I purchased ...
Pros: Sole's customer service has been very responsive. Cons: Bad Quality Control. Poor hardware and difficult assembly.
I purchased the Sole E95 after a lot of researching of machines on the Web. I even went to a couple of high end fitness stores to check out Precor. I really liked the Precor but did not like the price tag. I decided to order the Sole E95. They had a good ...
Pros: quiet, lots of bang for your buck, ease of use Cons: cupholders positioned oddly, fan doesn't turn off when workout is done
We bought this at the local Dick's Sporting Goods and despite some confusion on the staff's part, we bought the machine and delivery/assembly. Since delivery is currently free on the website, the delivery/assembly option was only $105 and worth ...
Pros: Quite, good programming, very good quality, outstanding value for the money. Two user levels Cons: Directions should be easier to understand. Fan is useless
I brought my E95 about 2 years ago, and have moved with it once with no issues. I find it very quiet, but as many people have noted the installation was not as easy as they advertise. It took me a few hours. Their directions were not very ...
Pros: Very quiet, smooth mechanics, great machine quality, steady and has very useful programs and tracking. Cons: Not a machine for fitness beginners.
I have used the E95 for about a week now. My husband and I did elliptical research for about 2 weeks and ended up with the Sole E95 from Dicks Sporting Goods $1699.00 - for peace of mind we purchased the 2 year extended warranty as well ...
Pros: Stride Length, Heavy Resistance, Very Heavy Duty, Offers Good Workout Cons: Pedals, Fan, Wide Grips, Display, Incline
If you're in the market for an elliptical, there seem to be two types. There are the ellipticals made for home use and those made for gym use. The one's for the gym are certainly more heavy duty, and made for several thousand hours of use. ...
Pros: Easy assembly.......when all the parts are delivered. Cons: Bad control panel? Haven't been able to use it yet.
Well I received my E95 elliptical yesterday. I have to say it was extremely easy to assemble the parts were well marked and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. The shipping company did however forget to deliver the second box which contains ...
Pros: Quiet Varied workout programs Easy program and save Price Good for advanced and beginner Cons: The fan is useless
My husband put this together in a few hours and I've been using it almost daily since. We have it in our library that has 14 foot celings - you might want to put it in a room with tall ceilings if you can - I wouldn't recommend it in an 8 ft tall ...
Pros: quite, stride, dependable, sturdy, resistance, incline, options, lighted control panel, programs, warranty, HR strap accurate Cons: Speakers, Fan, cupholder, HR hand sensor not accurate,
I purchased my Sole E55 in July 2009, but I did not want to give my opinion until I tried the machine out for 6 months. First let me tell you that I first was hesitant to buy an elliptical from the internet without trying it, due to there were none to ...
Great, Sturdy Elliptical but NOT PERFECT! by sabrinalynnell ,Aug 27 '08
Pros: VERY STURDY, excellent programs, the display is very bright and clear.
Cons: heart rate monitor is inaccurate; sits too tall; resistance is too high.
Just bought this elliptical and really enjoy the workout I get when I use it. It feels VERY STURDY, is high quality, has excellent programs and the display is very bright and clear.
The only 3 things I don't like the elliptical are: 1) the heart rate monitor is inaccurate; 2) this elliptical sits pretty tall, so if you have low ceilings you'll feel like your head might bump it; 3) the resistance on Level 1 is too high. I would compare Level 1 on the E95 to Level 3 or 4 on an Octane or Life Fitness model.
Other than that, it's a great machine and I would recommend to a friend.
Nothing but trouble ever since we purchased this machine. Been repaired 6 times now and still isn't working. Company won't refund our money. HORRIBLE product and company.
