This is my favorite treadmill this year, the Sole F83 Treadmill. For the price, under $2,000, there isnt a better treadmill available. The Sole F83 has many features normally seen on higher priced treadmills. When I was researching Treadmills, I ...
After reading reviews of Sole treadmills, I decided to purchase an F83. All was well until the treadmill's deck cracked just over 2 years after buying it. The technicians sent a new deck, then had to send a new belt, then new spacers. The third party installation guys came out and determined that Sole had sent the wrong deck. They ordered a new deck and assured me that it would be the correct deck. They then sent out the exact same deck again! The technician came back out and informed me of this.
So, after 1 1/2 months without a working treadmill, 2 wrong decks, a new belt, and new spacers, I still have a non-functional treadmill sitting in my living room. The customer service rep told me that he would contact me later in the day, and the issue has not been resolved!! Worst consumer experience of my entire life; just complete incompetence!! Had I known about Sole's inefficiencies, I never would have bought their treadmill.
