Cons: Rechargeable battery is not replaceable. Removing battery destroys the toothbrush.

Pros: Works very well, leaves teeth clean.
Cons: Price.
Summary: I have had all of the different type of toothbrushes over the years: the plain old brush, those battery powered "spinny" ones, and then a cheaper version of a sonic model. Of all of those, the sonic one was by far the best of them and I was impressed.
