The TV was great for 2 weeks and then the picture was messed up

Pros: Great while it worked
Cons: Dealing with Sony customer service has been awful
 The TV was great when it worked.  Two weeks after delivery the picture was all screwed up.  Apparently the fix is to replace the entire front panel.  This repair has taken 3 weeks so far and it still is not fixed.  The service from Sony has been terrible.  Will not buy another Sony TV because of the poor customer service.
