Sony CLIE® PEG-S320 Handheld

Pros: Excellent battery life, built in power adapter, sleek design, durable, convenient buttons.
Cons: Not color screeen,can freeze at times

I bought Clie two years ago and cannot live without it now. It is almost perfect. Most importnant is that you have to back up information on PC or memory card every time you make changes. A couple of times the device froze and I had to reset - loosing all the data. If you have saved the data it is not a problem. As I only use it for Contacts I sometimes go for weeks without the need to recharge. The screen is ok but it cannot compete with color screen. I am ready to wait a year util the prices for better Sony model with color screen come down. Also a major PLUS, especially if you are traveling, is the built in power switch. If you are traveling to Europe you do not need to buy a power adapter and can plug it into the wall by simply changing the plug. I love SONY!

I have been using above product since last 5 years storing my entire data and I consider the same as my brain. However, the stylus had fallen down once and it was broken. I have been trying to get one spare stylus but so far I have not succeeded in getting the same. Due to the damage to the stylus my using of the clie has reduced and I am just waiting ti get some help from sony.

After having used a Palm m100 for over 12 months, I looked for a unit with more memory than 2MB (it has 8MB, like most do). The S320 was the best Value/$ I could find. It looks good and performs well (synchronization = fast). For imaging, a higher resolution model would be required, however.

The Peg-s320 is in my opinion after my palm 3 is much better. I have got a new digital camera so I wanted something to put them on and show so I got it. So far so good. I have got the 16meg card and I can put any application on it. I am now working on a mp3 player and the wireless.
