Pros: Fast operation, good image quality, battery status indication, features Cons: No tripod mount on camera (uses dock), weak flash, looks, Memory Stick
After positive experience with the last year's S

DSC-T1, I decided to check out the new super-compact models from Sony. I bought both the S

DSC-T33 and the ...
Pros: Sized for back pocket, huge LCD, great quality. Cons: Had to buy a larger memory stick (but you will with any digital camera)
When looking for a camera, I had the following criteria - Small enough for pocket but keeping good quality. I feel this camera meets my expectations. Speed - I like how quick it can take a picture. Hit the power, then just snap the shot. No big ...
Pros: Ultra-thin design; Larger-than-life LCD; Great menu navigation system Cons: Awkward placement of shutter button & microphone; indoor image quality questionable
The Cyber-shot DSC-T33 is one ingeniously designed and compact camera. With it's smooth silver-plated body, devoid of any bulky bits jutting out from the sides as in most other cameras, it truly is a pleasure to carry around, for it can easily fit into ...
Pros: More color choices, lighter, detail improvements over T3 Cons: still a weak flash, body larger then T3, chrome look matter of taste
This review covers the Sony Cybershot DSC T33. At the point of this writing the T33 is announced but not available in the US in retail, just via internet. So to test it I had to go to Taiwan, as Sony hasnt launched it in Japan either. Strange ...
Pros: Slim, lightweight, easy to use, great zoom, special effects, video, good battery life Cons: Flash causes white spots (like most digital cameras)
My sons bought this for me for Christmas 2005 (a year ago) to replace my Sony DSC-U30. The screen on the U30 was too small for me to see if I wasn't wearing my glasses but the giant screen on the T33 is no problem. I have a brand new grandson and ...
Pros: Sleek, light-weight, good screen size at 2. 5 inch wide, exceptionally good image stablizer Cons: normal 2.5 inch screen size, no magnifying effect, expensive battery
I was looking for the best performing ultra compact digital camera when I stumpled on this model-Sony T33. BUT I didn't buy this product! The T33 is excellent in all ways for an ultra compact camera user. The main draw of Sony's T series is the image ...
A surprisingly poor quality of pictures by georgehill50 ,Jul 23 '05
Pros: speed and view window Cons: terribly poor quality (lack of details) compared to P10.
I have a Sony cyber shot P10 and I really enjoy it for the superior high quality pictures. Then I thought the new model T33 got to be better. However, I am terribly disappointed. I have a series of photos taken at the same time, and the quality of P10 is fundamentally different from the poor quality of T33. The picture taken by T33 has unacceptable contrast and are lack of focus and details. The only plus is the the size of view window and speed, other than that, it is totally waist of money!!!!
