This camera is built solidly, works crisply and takes the kind of photos to be expected for this kind of photo device.
I'd say, stop complaining and use more creativity to get better shots out of point-and-shoot cameras... for what the W170 costs, and what a 10MP DSLR cost as recently as 2004 (can anyone say -- $4000 [D2h... DX1, et al] give or take?)
