Pros: Small, Fits Easily in your hand, Great Quality! Cons: Didn't like the headphones that came with it!
Pocket sized music anywhere, anytime you want! I have owned my Sony Bean for about 4 months now. The purpose for buying it? Because I LOVE listening to music. My son plays Little League, and those practices every other day get to be pretty boring. ...
Pros: -Fun, unique design.
-Easy to use.
-Fits well in your hand. Cons: -Top slide is very flimsy!
The Sony Bean (1GB) is a neat-looking MP3 player. I initially chose the Bean because it was a unique MP3 player and I thought it would be fun. The Bean is easy to use--it plugs right into your computer to charge and download songs. The buttons are ...
Pros: Small without being minute. Easy to navigate. Easy to connect and charge. Cons: I hate the headphones! I HATE Sonic Stage! I hate the hold feature.
I love my new Sony Bean. It fits in my hand well. It is easy to navigate through songs and volume with my thumb. It connects and charges easily with the built in USB. It has great battery life. The headphones on the other hand are stupid. The wire for ...
Pros: Integrated Flash Drive, No Battery-Charges through USB, Easy to Use Software, FM tuner, CUTE!! Cons: Uncomfortable Earbuds, No line-in for recording from other devices
I got this MP3 player after getting frustrated with other MP3s that were so unfriendly and complicated to use. It is a DREAM! Fabulous sound and easy to use...SONY hit the ball on the head with this one! I have always been a Sony fan so maybe I am ...
Pros: Good Battery Life, looks good, built in USB, easy to use Cons: Flimsy hold switch, headphones aren't great, strange shape!
The battery life is excellent and the sound quality is pretty good. The only thing is the headphones aren't exactly confortable when they are worn for a long time.
It's really convenient that the USB plug is built into the player but when turning on and off of 'hold' it can be annoying because the USB plug pops out all the time in your pocket.
One other thing is that the Hold switch is quite flimsy. (I've had to send my MP3 back to sony twice for them to repair it.
Overall the Sony Bean isn't a bad MP3 player. However youre probably better off getting a slightly better MP3 as it is great for running/jogging or the gym, but if you wear it in your jeans you end with a slightly strange bump in your pocket!!
The Sony Bean MP3 Player by jochsner23 ,Apr 06 '06
Pros: Easy to use, Nice size Cons: The headphones are horrible! Definitely pick up a different pair when you buy this!
I bought this to go running with. It is a great little MP3 Player. It is a great size to put in your pocket while jogging. The navigation is very easy to learn and use, you can quickly change songs and/or search for a specific song that you want to hear.
The battery life is great, and I have not run into any problems with it dying on me as of yet.
The FM tuner works great also, I get good reception on all the area radio stations that I usually listen to.
The only real problem I have with this player is the headphones that came with it. The cord length is on the left ear bud is shorter than the right; so it pops out easier when you bump the cord. The easiest way I found to fix this problem was to buy better earphones.
Pros: It's shape fit's well into the palm of your hand. Cons: With one button for all it's functions it's very hard to select what you want.
A complete disappointment. It is very hard to handle. It easily breaks. Cheap. You can barely handle it while sitting much less if you are walking, moving around. The main button is tiny (1/2" approximately) and depending on what area of this button you press is how you access it's different functions. It's bad. Plus it has a locking mechanism so it doesn't change functions on it's own, except the lock switches on/off on it's own. Bad.
