Pros: Has a lot of bells and whistles. Cons: Reception is poor.
I purchased the Sony SRF-HM01V S2 Sports Street Style Headphone Radio so I could have something to listen to while walking around the neighborhood. The radio retails for about $60. I thought that a radio at that price would work wonderfully. The...
Pros: The Sony SRF-HM01V has many presets. It also has AM, FM, Weather and TV bands. Cons: The battery compartment opens and closes so easily that it has accidentally opened when bumped.

Pros: Lots of presets. Self-contained on head, no wires. Cons: Crappy reception. Too pricey. Headset not adjustable.

I had Sony's older model on which the local-Dx button finally gave up the ghost. It never had the best of reception but I figured they had probably improved it. Actually, I don't even think the new one has the sound quality of the older model either. Actually I plan to return mine for a refund as I paid too much for it to have this significant problem with reception.
