Pros: Sharp looking, nice big screen, soft touch keyboard
Cons: Reliability, Sony's lack of customer service and English speaking agents

Pros: webcam w/great quality pics and video, bluetooth
Cons: takes long to charge, holds only 2 1/2 hour battery life
